If you are willing to provide a diagnostic copy of your tax data file, someone can take a closer look to see what is going on and to try to offer a solution for you or to determine if there is something that needs to be corrected and reported to the development team.  The diagnostic file is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below: In addition to providing the token number in a follow-up thread, please also include which version of TurboTax you are using.     TurboTax Online:   Sign into your online account. Locate the Tax Tools on the left-hand side of the screen. A drop-down will appear. Select Tools On the pop-up screen, click on “Share my file with agent.” This will generate a message that a diagnostic file gets sanitized and transmitted to us. Please provide the Token Number that was generated in the response.   TurboTax Desktop/Download Versions:   Open your return. Click the Online tab in the black bar across the top of TurboTax and select “Send Tax File to Agent” * This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created.  Click on OK and the tax file will be sanitized and transmitted to us. Please provide the Token Number  (including the dash) that was generated in the response.   *(If using a MAC, go to the menu at the top of the screen, select Help, then, “Send Tax File to Agent”)

If you received a "Success" message but your data hasn't appeared in TurboTax, it is likely due to recent browser security updates regarding Local Network Access.   To fix this you need to allow TurboTax to securely retrieve your data through your browser settings: Locate the View Site Information icon (the "tune" or "lock" icon) on the far left of your address bar, just before the URL. Find Local Network Access in the dropdown menu. Toggle the switch to ON. Refresh the page and attempt your import again. If permissions aren't the issue, one of the following factors may be at play: Brokerage Delays: While most forms arrive by January 31, many brokerages delay Consolidated 1099s (like the 1099-B) until mid-February due to complex reporting requirements. Availability: Your brokerage must specifically "release" the import file to TurboTax. If it isn’t ready, we recommend checking back. Connection Blocks: Active VPNs or aggressive Anti-Virus software can occasionally block the import feature between your bank and TurboTax. Try disabling them temporarily or switching to a different browser. Helpful TurboTax Articles: What if I can't import my 1099? How can I fix my 1099 import issue? How do I import my 1099s? When you look at your tax summary: Look at 1040 line 8 for additional income from Sch 1. Your business income should be included in that number. Business income is  listed on Sch 1 line 3. This will be your complete business income.   Conditions affecting visibility:  if you business has $0 net income, it will not show,  if you failed to check the at-risk box when you have a loss - it will not show. Only a loss at risk can be used against income.   To print or view  your forms, including all worksheets: In desktop, switch to Forms Mode.  For online: On the left side, select  Tax Tools Select Print center Select Print, save or preview this year's return If you have not paid, select pay now.

There are many rules and exceptions to who needs to be issued a 1099-S (see Instructions for Form 1099-S ).  For the 2025 tax year, Form 1099-S (Proceeds from Real Estate Transactions) must be furnished to recipients by February 17, 2026 so you can file your tax return if you did not receive one this week as long as you have the information.  I would suggest keeping all the information together with your tax records for at least three years.      You can enter the information in TurboTax under Sale of Home if you have all of the information- if you go through the questions, TurboTax will calculate the exclusion and report the taxable gain if there is any.  See Tax Aspects of Home Ownership: Selling a Home - TurboTax.   You do not need a tax attorney for this.
Its telling me to put in my Pennsylvania school district code in and none of them are correct and idk what to do

Box 16 on a Form 1099-R is for entering the pension distribution applicable to the state you live in. If there is not an entry there but you had state tax withheld, then you need to enter the distribution amount for the state you live in, most likely the amount in box 1 or 2(a) on your Form 1099-R. TurboTax can't make that entry for you, since to do so would be making an assumption.   @julietaboulie

There is also a $6,000 senior deduction for each of you 65 or older when your modified adjusted gross income is $150,000 or less. It is NOT part of the standard deduction. Rather it is computed separately on Schedule 1-a line 37 and that flows to line 13b on your 1040
