ez10977, your reply just confuses things even further for me. If you are not using my data and give step by step instructions in relates to TurboTax software, I will not be able to follow. So far, AmyC instructions comes very close where I came follow 95% but I still don't get why entering 2023 as the year instead of 2025 as it shows from Box 1. If this amount after entering on TT will not show up on any forms or schedules, it's like not entering at all.
For some reason it apparently sent another copy. Here's the new token number, but the tax document info should be identical in both: Your token number is: 89209458-00077748

Here is an excellent TurboTax post that explains procedure for reporting a Heloc without a 1098-T. It was written by PattiF.   "Open your return. Go to federal>deductions and credits  Your Home>Mortgage Interest and Refinancing (Form 1098) Enter the Lender’s name in the “Name of Lender” box. Check the box for “None of the above." under Do any of these situations apply? Follow the prompts to enter the interest you paid. Check the box for "Yes, this loan is secured by a property of mine." Check the box for "This loan is a home equity line of credit (HELOC)." If you used a portion of these funds for something other than your home, only the portion used for your home is deductible. Continue back to the Home Loan summary page to save your work"

MFJ and both over 65 with income of $180k and subject to the phase out.  However Turbo Tax desk top version is incorrectly calculating the phase out amount by doubling the phase out amount.  I've seen where others have reported the issue but I don't see confirmation by Intuit that it's a known issue or any estimate of when to expect correction.

What's actually concerning is they seem to be doing a depreciation calc for any data that rolled over from last year, but you can't view it nor modify it because of the current issue of "not ready".   So for example, if schedule e gross income is $10k, and I entered $5k of expenses, the net income on the property only shows $2k (instead of $5k) because $3k worth of depreciation is being carried over from last year...behind the scenes. We're stuck in a black hole right now.

This is a long shot, but if you were following the steps in a TurboTax help article for How do I enter a parsonage or housing allowance reported on a W-2? and followed a 'jump-to' link for other reportable income, then you can land on the PPP screen you described.  The easiest way out is to simply click to another section of your return without answering any questions or filling in any data.   The 'jump to' link is not going to the same place as in the past and you are going through a different/incorrect section of the program.  It has been reported that the help article should be corrected.   If you indeed need to adjust for a clergy housing allowance, try using the following steps:     In the Income section of your return, scroll to Less Common Income. Click Start or Update beside Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C. Scroll to the bottom of the Let's Work on Any Miscellaneous Income screen and select Start next to Other reportable income. Answer Yes, and on the Any Other Taxable Income screen, type Clergy Housing Allowance in the description and enter it as a negative number (precede it with a minus sign, for example -10,000). This will report the housing allowance as a negative adjustment on Form 1040 Schedule 1 line 8z. @brianporter1958
I normally enter things through forms directly. When I try Step-by-Step now, it assumes that everything is ready to be filed. How do I get back into Step-by-Step entry of data?   JohnD
