Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.
Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-state-refund/L3jgO8PGs_...
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
https://www.irs.gov/refunds
To track your state refund:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-state-refund/L3jgO8PGs_US_en_US?uid=lt447ebr
If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing

If you are getting earned income credit on line 27 or additional child tax credit on line 28 You are subject to the delay required by the PATH act. Do not expect your refund before early March
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/internal-revenue-service/federal-refunds-delayed-due-path-act/L5jnQJsBi_US_en_US
Note: “Accepted” is not the same as “approved”. TurboTax tells you the e-file was accepted if the IRS deems that there is enough information on the return for them to take it in for processing. Only the IRS can approve of the refund, which is a later stage of processing. If the IRS approves your refund they will provide a date for the refund to be issued.
FROM THE IRS WHERE’S MY REFUND SITE:
https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund
How it works
Where's My Refund shows your refund status:
Return Received – We received your return and are processing it.
Refund Approved – We approved your refund and are preparing to issue it by the date shown.
Refund Sent – We sent the refund to your bank or to you in the mail. It may take 5 days for it to show in your bank account or several weeks for your check to arrive in the mail.

Yes. If you file MFJ by electing to treat your nonresident spouse as a U.S. resident for the entire year, you must report her worldwide income, and you may claim a Foreign Tax Credit (FTC) for creditable UK income taxes paid on that income.
The Foreign Earned Income Exclusion isn't available in this situation, unless your spouse separately meets its requirements. But not using FEIE doesn't prevent claiming the FTC.
For more information, see the following articles

@ericbuzby The amount from the federal Schedule A Line 17 would be used on the Georgia Form 500 Line 12a.
You can reduce the amount on Line 12a based on the $10,000 SALT limit or you can leave the amount as reported on Schedule A.
If there are issues with this then the state of Georgia will send a notice after receiving the tax return. It is doubtful Georgia would intervene.

Property tax input can be confusing.
There are two areas that it could be entered into.
Property Tax is often reported with the Mortgage Interest on Form 1098.
However, it is presented on the summary under a separate tab labeled Property Tax.
You cannot edit the amount you posted on the mortgage entry screen.
If you wish to edit this, go back to Mortgage 1098 and make the changes.
If you have other Property tax payments (other than on the 1098) You can enter them under the Property Tax heading.

Thank you @Hal_Al for getting back to me and clarifying this. Your examples were very helpful. I have one more question regarding the amount to allot: My educational expenses, including tuition and required textbooks from school was around $1,700. My scholarships/grants were in the amount of around $9,100, leaving me at a surplus of $7,400. Therefore, if I add $4,000 to this amount remaining (the $7,400), it comes out to be more than the amount of my scholarship/grants I received ($11,400 vs $9,100). Is this still the correct way to input this information? What would I do in this case?

Off campus lodging fees do not qualify for Education credits but may qualify for qualified expenses pertaining to 529 distributions. There is no specific field to input these expenses. When entering the information regarding your 529 distributions (Form 1099-Q), you will indicate how much of the distribution amount was for qualified education expenses and that's where you will take into account your room and board costs,

Generally, you cannot write off a generator to prepare for a disaster, as the IRS considers it a personal expense. However, if a doctor prescribed the generator so you can run essential medical equipment (like a CPAP or oxygen machine) during a power outage, you can deduct the cost as a medical expense. You would enter this in TurboTax under Medical Expenses, but it only to the extent your medical bills are more than 7.5% of your income. If you are self-employed and used the generator to keep your home office running during the disaster, you can write off a percentage of the cost based on how much of your home is used for business. If it is a permanent whole-home generator, you can keep the receipt as an addition to cost basis.

Using Online Premium version Filing MFS this year. While reviewing for errors on my tax return, TurboTax popped up this screen asking for spouses AGI: I entered an amount, but now need to update my spouses AGI and cannot find any place to get back to the Worksheet seeing the Online version doesn't have a 'Worksheet view' unless TurboTax automatically shows it during the 'Review' process. It must have something to do with being triggered by specific tax situations, such as certain credits or when the software needs to determine if you must itemize

A "Pending" status on your TurboTax return means your return has been transmitted but not yet accepted or rejected by the IRS. This does typically take about 24-48 hours. However, high volume or early filing can cause it to take to several days. It does not indicate that there is an error. It just means that the IRS is processing the transmission.
You can check this IRS link for the status of your refund Where’s My Refund?

Don't know. Yeah it's just a personal Opinion...but Manual entry is so much safer. "someday" the AI they use will become flawless but it isn't yet. I'm on this Forum all the time...and Over the past couple years, there have been cases with Picture or PDF uploads...where the state wages got entered in the state withholding box. Think that caused any problems? You Bet they did.

The purchase of a generator for a personal residence is not deductible on a tax return.
When the home is sold you would include the cost to the Adjusted Purchase Price of the home.
