You will need to print and mail your return. Attach a statement saying that you are unable to obtain her SSN due to being separated and she will not give it to you. When you are at the end in the file section choose print instead of e-file. The instructions for mailing your return along with the address will be on the cover page. Since you are still married your only filing options are married filing jointly (with spousal consent) or married filing separately. Since she is not providing you with her SSN, there would not be consent, so you would need to file as Married Filing Separately (unless you qualify as Head of Household), you cannot file as single. Therefore the SSN is a requirement.
Note: If you have dependents, paid over half of the cost of maintaining the home for them, and have lived apart from your spouse for all of the last 6 months of the year, you may be able to file as Head of Household

Clarification. What are the questions it is asking you? Did you get a 1099-NEC or a W-2?

Yes, we can help prepare a 1040X amended tax return.
You must wait until the original return has been completely processed by the IRS.
If your return is rejected, you can go directly back in and make changes.
If it is accepted, follow these steps:
On the Tax Home screen,
Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents and
Select the Amend (change) return dropdown,
Then Amend using TurboTax Online.
Continue through the screens, make the changes you need to make, and carefully answer the remaining questions to finish amending your return.
You will have to use the same TurboTax account that you used for the original tax return.
Once you begin your amendment, you'll see your original return.
The refund calculator will start at $0 and only reflect the changes in the refund or tax due
Only make changes to the areas of your return that need to be corrected.
You have three years from the date you filed your return or two years after you paid the tax due (whichever is later) to file an amendment
See these sites for additional guidance.

Important: This bonus deduction is temporary, lasting from 2025 through 2028. Income limitations: It phases out for taxpayers with modified adjusted gross income over $75,000 for single filers and $150,000 for joint filers.
The amount is calculated on Schedule 1-A, Part V, with that amount flowing to Form 1040 Line 13b
