It is now Saturday Feb 14th but no fix/updates.   So, when will the fix for this issue be released?
Initially, we were told 2/13.  It is now 2/14 and I haven't seen any fix.  This is not acceptable.  What is the procedure to escalate this issue so that it get's attention? Thank you.
No.  Medicaid is not reported on a tax return.

You might be able to deduct your tips, even if they weren't reported on a 1099 form. Currently, the program indicates these aren't deductible, but this could change with future updates.   Since updates are common early in the tax season, it's advisable to postpone filing your tax return until the program is updated.   This is the current IRS guidance on tips:    “Taxpayers may be able to claim a deduction for qualified tips paid to them in 2025 that are included on Form W-2, Form 1099-NEC, Form 1099-MISC, Form 1099-K, or reported directly by them on Form 4137.”   This guidance shows you should be able to deduct your tips.
