There may be a simpler answer (at least in our case). The instructions on the back of the 1095-A we received includes the following text (emphasis in bold added by me):   "You must complete Form 8962 and file it with your tax return (Form 1040, Form 1040-SR, or Form 1040-NR) if any amount other than zero is shown in Part III, Column C, of this Form 1095-A (meaning that you received premium assistance through advance payments of the premium tax credit (also called advance credit payments)) or if you want to take the premium tax credit."   Because our premiums were completely reimbursed, we did not apply for any advance premium tax credit. Also Part III, Column C of the 1095-A we received is blank. So for us, deleting the 1095-A from Turbotax seems to be the answer.    Unfortunately, other posts about 1095-A indicate the IRS may reject the return if we do not include the form. I may try a free tax prep site to see how that site handles this.
I already talked with a rep of irs. And they fixed the issue with the identity, but now I dont see any updates

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing or the timing when the IRS releases your refund.    The IRS states that most federal tax refunds are issued within 21 days of acceptance, however, some may take longer if they require additional review. Also, by law, the IRS cannot issue EITC or ACTC refunds before mid-February. This applies to your entire refund, not just the portion related to those specific credits.   Here are a few FAQs to help you track your refund: When will I get my federal tax refund? How do I track my state refund? Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"? Why do some refunds take longer than others? What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?

I was in the U.S. on a B-1 visa for more than 187 days each year from 2022 - 2024 , and later I switched to a J-1 visa May 2025 . When I tried filing with Sprintax, it said I should file as a U.S. resident for tax purposes. I thought J-1 visa holders usually file as nonresidents. Does the time spent in the U.S. on the B-1 visa make me a resident under the substantial presence test, or should I still file as a nonresident because of the J-1 visa exemption? re

I think you mean you have an LLC that runs two different businesses, with separate sets of books. If so, and if they don't have separate federal ID numbers, you would have to combine the income and expenses before entering them in TurboTax. If they have separate federal ID numbers, then you have to file separate tax returns.
