filling out the Ohio sd 100 form?

I get thru line 5. then it tells me to go to line 11 if I am in a district that has earned income?

It wants you to skip to line 11 if you lived in a non-taxing school district. If you live in a taxing school district then you just continue on. Do you know whether you lived in a taxing or non-taxing school district? Here is where to look up the school district that you live in.
