Since we can't see your return in this forum, or know your computer configuration, this is what we have for basic troubleshooting for Multiple Activation Requests.
Make sure you're working with TurboTax on your C drive. Some users have stated they needed to unlock their One Drive. If your TurboTax files are stored in OneDrive's Personal Vault or on an external drive, it might trigger the activation prompt. Try moving the files to your local drive or ensuring the Personal Vault is unlocked when launching TurboTax.
Here's suggestions from other users for Multiple Activation Requests.

The question "Does this annuity cover more than one individual?" relates to whether the annuity is a single or joint life type.
A single life annuity will only pay out benefits while the annuitant is living. If your pension only lasts as long as you are alive, the answer to the above question would be No.
A joint life annuity will pay out benefits as long as one of the two joint annuitants is living. If a pension continues no matter if only one of you is still alive, the answer to the above question would be Yes.

There are special rules that determine when you can claim the Adoption Tax Credit. The most important factor is whether it's a domestic or a foreign adoption. But the year you pay adoption expenses and when (if ever) the adoption is finalized also make a difference.
For domestic adoptions (within the US), if you pay qualified adoption expenses in any year before the year the adoption becomes final, you can claim the credit for those expenses on your tax return for the year after the year of payment.
For foreign adoptions, you can’t claim the credit for any qualified adoption expenses until the tax year the adoption becomes final. If you paid qualified expenses in any previous year, you have to wait to claim the credit for them until the year the adoption is finalized.
The Adoption Tax Credit is only available for “qualified adoption expenses.” Basically, this includes any reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket expenses directly related to the legal adoption of an eligible child. For example, you can claim the credit for:
adoption fees
attorney fees
court costs
travel expenses while away from home (including meals and lodging)
Expenses paid in the year the adoption is finalized or later can be claimed for the tax year payment is made.

After the last update when entering the program a screen came up showing my registration. I clicked on it and the application came up fine. Today started up Turbotax on my mac and same screen came up. I clicked on it and my data came up but now says I have registered on two computers when I am on the same original computer. Need to install on another computer but afraid will use up computer count if have to click on registration each time. Also entered a 1099 R. Thought I had entered everything correctly. However when time to check it said taxable box different than gross. I changed it to proper number but Turbotax still showed erroneous number. Had to delete 1099R and reenter.

I'm not sure why the marginal tax rate is incorrect on your tax history screen, but the rates used to calculate your tax would not be affected by that. When you complete your tax return you can verify that the correct tax is being listed by looking on the Tax Smart Worksheet.

MAGI (Modified Adjusted Gross Income) has different definitions depending on the context. There is not a specific place in TurboTax where MAGI is calculated on a specific form.
Please share the context for the MAGI you want to verify and someone can help you locate that information within your return. For example, there is a particular MAGI definition associated with Roth IRA contributions.

I spoke with a specialist on the phone yesterday. The actual conflict seemed to be taking a deduction on the 1041 for Tax Preparation of $193. Removing the Tax Prep deduction eliminated the -$999,999,999,999,999 CA adjustment on the K-1. Not exactly an elegant solution, but it's what worked. I was only looking to file a 1041 because income was over $600. Fortunately, the amounts that I'm dealing with look like the estate won't owe Federal or California taxes, but I still need the K-1s to make sense for my son and I. Right now, I'm waiting for an update to provide better integration between CA and TurboTax Business 2025 to e-file, because it doesn't seem like the program is asking for payment on the CA e-file yet. Otherwise, I'll try to mail in the 541.

You are required to report all income, so you need to include that form 1099-R in your return.
As you have already filed, please wait to see if your return is accepted or rejected. If rejected, you may correct and resubmit. If it is accepted, you need to file an amended return to add that form 1099-R.
If you are expecting a refund, we recommend that you wait to amend until after the IRS has processed your original return and you have received your refund.
To amend your tax return, please read this TurboTax article.
Please note that the amendment form 1040X will only be available on TurboTax after 2/19/2026.

The program is expecting to use a 1099-Q that was entered. If the 1099-Q was used exclusively for qualified expenses, it should not be entered. Tuck the 1099-Q into your tax folder. IRS Publication 970, Tax Benefits for Education states:
If the entire 1099-Q went to qualified expenses, room and board, tuition, etc then you do not need to enter the form.
