This sounds like a NY document number requirement. This is a required input that can be found on the back of your NY license. You can find the number after (not including) "IDUSA." There should 8 or 10 digits, of which you enter the first 3 to satisfy the requirement.

So, I'm just seeing this for the first time, and using the term 'frustrated' would be like putting pink whip cream with a bright red cherry on the top of a ginormous pink cake decorated with Barbie paraphernalia. I have some VERY choice words for the brilliant moron at Intuit who decided this was a value-added move. Grrrr..... Because I did have information in Its Deductible, am I reading right that it's all been deleted? If so, gee, Thanks, Intuit, for [not] letting me know to give me time to download that info. Another stupid 'corporate' move/decision by someone only looking out for themselves - who cares about the customers, anymore?

You should answer the question Did you pay for a home energy audit of your main U.S. home and receive a written report from a certified auditor?
as "no" because you did not pay for the audit. Since it was $0, you will not be able to receive a credit, and the audit is not required in order to receive the credit for the biomass stove.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities. There is no rule as to which one will come in first or how long it will be between their arrival in your account.
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
https://www.irs.gov/refunds
To track your state refund:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-state-refund/L3jgO8PGs_US_en_US?uid=lt447ebr
If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing

If you are getting earned income credit on line 27 or additional child tax credit on line 28 You are subject to the delay required by the PATH act. Do not expect your refund before early March
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/internal-revenue-service/federal-refunds-delayed-due-path-act/L5jnQJsBi_US_en_US
Note: “Accepted” is not the same as “approved”. TurboTax tells you the e-file was accepted if the IRS deems that there is enough information on the return for them to take it in for processing. Only the IRS can approve of the refund, which is a later stage of processing. If the IRS approves your refund they will provide a date for the refund to be issued.

First, be sure that your version of TurboTax is updated by going to Online > Check for Updates at the top of the screen if you are using a desktop version of the program.
After creating a test case to see if the credit is calculated properly on line 29h of Form 5695, I could not replicate the situation you described and showed. The credit is being calculated for my test case.
If you find that your program is updated to the latest version and you are still having the issue, you can consider sharing a diagnostic copy of your tax file so we can take a closer look and see if there is something else causing the result you are getting. The diagnostic file will not contain personally identifiable information, only numbers related to your tax forms.
If you would like to provide us with the diagnostic file, follow the instructions below and post the token number along with which version of TurboTax you are using in a follow-up thread.
Use these steps if you are using TurboTax Online:
Sign in to your account and be sure you are in your tax return.
Select Tax Tools in the menu to the left.
Select Tools.
Select Share my file with agent.
A pop-up message will appear, select OK to send the sanitized diagnostic copy to us.
Post the token number here.
If you are using a CD/downloaded version of TurboTax, use these steps:
Select Online at the top of the screen.
Select Send Tax File to Agent.
Click OK.
Post the token number here.
If you are using a Mac version of TurboTax, use these steps:
Go to the Menu at the top of the screen and select Help.
Then, Send Tax File to Agent.
Post the token number here.

MY DEPENDENT SAID HE COULD NOT BE CLAIMED
Your dependent made a very common mistake often made by teenagers and students who are filing their first tax returns. In MY INFO they should have said that they can be claimed as someone else’s dependent—-but they answered incorrectly and now your e-file is being rejected.
Your dependent will have to amend their return to change the way they answered that question in MY INFO. They cannot amend until their return has been fully processed. But you do not have to wait for them to amend. Waiting will not help you at all.
You can file your return by mail, since mailed returns are not rejected. It will take longer for the IRS to process your mailed return and delay your refund.
OR….Get an IP PIN to e-file.
GET IP pin in order to e-file if your dependent’s SSN was claimed on another return

Hello.i been waiting till february 23rd, when I was supposed to get my arm Wisconsin, Texas. And it was supposed to be $1221. But did I get it note? Because y'all seem to take everything I got anyway. And keep it even though I don't know what I'm doing. Because obviously I've been paying and pain and pain and pain and pain until y'all and I still don't get nothing. So I would like to know where my taxes are. My Wisconsin taxes because I would love to have something for myself. So I could actually show something so I could actually get something. Thank you so much.

Yes, the code-B Form 1099-R is reporting a distribution of unrecoverable Roth contribution basis. (I imagine that you also have a code-H 2025 Form 1099-R for the rollover of funds from the designated Roth account to a Roth IRA.) You'll need to omit the code-B Form 1099-R. Although I have never seen IRS guidance regarding this situation, given that you rolled the account over to a Roth IRA, I think it is reasonable to include the $1,000 from box 5 to your Roth IRA contribution basis. You can include this amount when 2025 TurboTax asks for the amount of your Roth IRA contributions before 2025.
