Do both SSA-1099 forms have your Social Security number in box 2? If so, then yes, you add them together and enter the total.

Having 2025 turbotax work only with windows 11 because Microsoft is not supporting windows 10 is not correct. Microsoft is implementing 3 plans to continue fir another year till October 2026. I have contacts at Microsoft and they are stating that 51% of computers still use windows 10. Also in case you didn't know Microsoft is extending the continent of Europe continuous support till Oct 2026 free of charge. Since the majority of owners still use windows 10 it would be ill advised to exclude them from using turbo tax. The overwhelming customers will leave including me. Rethink your decision

TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you paid your tax due. It sounds like you received an email from marketing, which you can ignore.
Why does my TT account say I still owe tax due?...

Why does my TT account say I still owe tax due?
TT does not update after your return has been accepted. Your account will always show the result of the return you prepared using the software. TurboTax never knows if you received your refund —or how, when or even if you paid tax due. Your proof that you paid your tax will be your own bank/credit card records.

Stop. You cannot use the current online software for a 2023 return. Online is only for 2024 tax returns.
You cannot change the tax year. The current online program is for 2024 only. Only a 2024 return can be prepared online and only a 2024 return can be e-filed.
Online preparation and e-filing for 2021, 2022, and 2023 is permanently closed.
Note: The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac. It cannot be used on a mobile device.
To file a return for a prior tax year
If you need to prepare a return for 2021, 2022, or 2023 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)

You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.
Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
