@tax555Well, beyond being able to efile without an error, as noted, I didn't get audited! But I would hope that is a low bar and isn't saying much. That Intuit TurboTax fails to provide a way to do this -- when the IRS form provides a simple way to do it -- is an inexcusable failure. Yet I think I've had at least one of these situations every year I've used TurboTax -- it's what I've come to expect. Six more years waiting to see if the IRS disagrees ...

True, however, considering every year of taxes I've filed in the taxes and documents for the last 10 years is there. I don't believe it to be the wrong account. I did try to log out and try options and the only other account said 'you've never filed taxes' and there was no 2023 info either. That is why I'm so confused.

You would need to contact the company that issued the 1099 to get it. Or you can possibly log into your IRS online account to see if they have a copy in your transcripts. What type of 1099 is it?

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund: When will I get my federal tax refund? How do I track my state refund? Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?

You will need to contact the IRS for information. It might be easiest to set up an account with them.
IRS Individual Online Account
Taxpayers with a Social Security number or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number can create or access their IRS Individual Online Account to get information they need to file their return.
With an IRS Individual Online Account, people can:
View balance owed, payment history and schedule payments.
Cancel scheduled payments.
Get transcripts.
View or create payment plans.
See digital copies of some IRS notices.
View key data from their most recently filed tax return, including adjusted gross income.
Validate bank accounts and save multiple accounts, eliminating the need to re-enter bank account information every time they make a payment.
View, approve and electronically sign power of attorney and tax information authorizations from their tax professional.

Also remember, if you previously took a schedule A deduction for those premiums in past years, the HSA reimbursement may be considered a taxable recovery (taxable reimbursement of a previous deduction) even though HSA payments are usually tax-free.
And lastly, remember you can only reimburse yourself for expenses that occurred after the HSA was established.
