Try these options to fix the issue you are having   If you are using TurboTax Online Check ‌your browser's settings. (Clear your Cache and Cookies) Check on your internet connection Try using a different web browser  If you are using TurboTax Desktop Make sure the software is updated.  If you haven't rebooted your computer, please do Check your firewall and antivirus settings. Make sure they aren't blocking any feature of the software.  ** If you are using the phone/tablet app, try changing to laptop/computer if possible. If you do not have access to a computer, switch to a web browser within your phone or tablet, and sign in from there.    If you are still having issues after trying these options, contact Customer Support by clicking the link below TurboTax Phone Number

Even if a brokerage firm is within TurboTax partners, the importing feature doesn't always work successfully. The software tries is best to pull information from your account. However, sometimes there's miscommunication linking both accounts while trying to retrieve your information. If this is the case, you will need to choose a different uploading method. Hey TurboTax - please stop printing the entire SSN on the payment vouchers!  Even the IRS doesn't do that on the paper forms they send out - I always use those instead of your printout.  And no, I don't write it on my checks either and the US Treasury has always managed to figure it out.
I can't file, it just keeps sending me through a loop of checking.
Did you receive income for services performed and were give a Form 1099-NEC or Form 1099-MISC for those services?
I ask because TT Desktop is calculating it on the entire sale, hence asking how I only pay my fair share w/o having to mail in paper.
What happens when you revisit the section where you entered the number of days rented at FMV?
