Keep reading the whole series of responses, starting from the most recent. I believe they have fixed this problem in both the desktop and online versions of TurboTax at this point.

I get the same results as BrittanyS when I answer as she did that it was rented every single day in 2024 and that it was always rented at a fair price.
This can be confusing, but if you click the question What if I only owned the property part of the year? the message reads:
We’re asking if you rented the property “all year” meaning, during the time that you owned the property during the year. If you only owned the property part of the year, then let us know if it was rented the entire time you owned it.
If you go back through the rental property section and edit days rented, you should see the same screens that we do.

"will they process" if you mean IRS, the answer is yes. 1040 and 1040-X are processed separately. 1040-X has no choice but to assume 1040 is processed as filed. for that to work you have to pay the "amount you owe" shown on Form 1040. It is up to you to review 1040-X before submitting it. Which you did.

The interest you pay on a mortgage on a home other than your main or second home is considered personal interest and isn't deductible. It would only be deductible if your original home was used for business or investment purposes.
You may deduct mortgage interest on your main home and one second home. A second home is a property you own and occupy for part of the year, in addition to your primary residence, often used for vacations or leisure, but not primarily for rental income.

Yes, the monthly payments for your supplemental insurance and Medicare Parts B and D are. For more information, review the TurboTax Help article Can I deduct Medicare premiums?
Medicare payments, supplemental health insurance plans, and dental plan premiums that weren't reimbursed are entered under Medical Expenses in the Deductions & Credits section. Medical expenses must exceed 7.5% of your adjusted gross income (AGI) to count toward your itemized deductions and your itemized deductions must exceed your Standard Deduction for your filing status to itemize.
For navigation instructions, refer to the TurboTax article Can I deduct medical expenses? For more information, review the TurboTax Help article Can I deduct Medicare premiums?
For more information on deductions, review the TurboTax article Standard Deduction vs. Itemized Deductions: Which Is Better?

@Jevon $45 could be to buy an additional state program different from the first free state program download. Like if your are in California but also need to do an Oregon return. You would have to buy Oregon. Are you doing different state returns? Oh and the Basic version and some Deluxe programs do not come with the free state download. For states that don’t have an income tax. Or $45 could be the Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California) to have any fees like the $25 state efile fee deducted from a federal refund, which you can avoid by paying the efile fee upfront with a credit card. Or you can print and mail state for free.

@Austin0618 I can't know why yours is happening. IF you are on a Windows computer...a Windows update was issued this week. IF partially-installed, that has been known to block proper operation of TTX. Check for that Windows update...make sure it's fully installed and you re-boot the computer before trying again. Re-Boot even if you don't see an OS update and try again after that. ______________________________ I haven't experienced that problem since sometime mid-late February...so make sure your TTX software is fully updated too.
