Since your transcript shows that nothing is being withheld from your refund with regard to your spouse, there is no need to file the Form 8379 Injured Spouse Allocation. Just keep it with your tax records with a note that you did not file it for 2025. If the need arises later, you have it ready to go.
If your state has a Form 8379, you may still need to file that one in the event that part of your state refund will be used to pay your spouse's debts.

This is schedule to be ready March 4, due to IRS changes to the instructions recently.
If you want to make changes or add a document to a tax return that has already been filed and accepted by the taxing agency, you should follow these guidelines.
You must first wait until the initial return is completely processed.
You will have to use the same TurboTax account that you used for the original tax return.
Once you begin your amendment, you'll see your original return.
The refund calculator will start new at $0 and only reflect the changes in the refund or tax due
Only make changes to the areas of your return that need to be corrected.
You have three years from the date you filed your return or two years after you paid the tax due (whichever is later) to file an amendment

The federal government doesn't offer a general organ donation expense credit. But, as Xmasbaby0 mentioned, some states provide a state tax credit or deduction for unreimbursed organ donation expenses. You can check your state’s Department of Revenue website for “living organ donor tax credit” details. Or let us know what your state is and we'll point you in the right direction.

Health care insurance premiums, including dental and vision insurance premiums, and other medical expenses that you paid with out of pocket funds and were not reimbursed are an eligible medical expense that you can deduct using Schedule A for itemized deductions. However, only your total medical expenses that are greater than 7.5% of your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) can be deducted. Your total itemized deductions reported on Form 1040 Schedule A must be greater than the standard deduction for your filing status to have any tax benefit.
Standard deductions for 2025
Single - $15.750 add $2,000 if age 65 or older Married Filing Separately - $15,750 add $1,600 if age 65 or older Married Filing Jointly - $31,500 add $1,600 for each spouse age 65 or older Head of Household - $23,625 add $2,000 if age 65 or older
