I couldn’t fix it, and Support was not helpful at all on the phone so I ended up filing by mail.

Except it still isn't fixed. I went to finally finish my taxes today, and it gave me the same problem. It wouldn't let me proceed without doing the WA state return, then after I did it, it said we couldn't e-file because of doing it. I had to delete the WA return to be able to file. Frustrating. Hopefully they figure it out for next year. 😜

What do you see at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool when you choose tax year 2023, your filing status, SSN, and Federal refund amount from your 2023 Form 1040, Line 35a? IRS Where's My Refund? https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund If the IRS WMR tool doesn't find your info, then try this: Was your 2023 return prepared in Online TurboTax? If so, log in to the same account you used for the 2023 return, and go to the Tax Home and scroll down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents." Choose 2023. What status is shown for the 2023 return--accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?

I have a total of 5 W2s (or 3 pages of the same W2): Federal NJ State PA State NJ State Local (PA) I try to put 2 NJs in under the same W2 in turbotax but it says I only should have 1 for each state. I'm even more confused because the NJ+PA+NJ don't add up to the federal. It's off by about 1800. Federal: ~52000 NJ: ~35000 PA: ~15000 NJ: ~3000 Do I add the NJs into one? Do two separate W2s? We moved from NJ to PA and likewise moved jobs from NJ to PA.

Have you already retrieved and installed your TurboTax product you purchased at Costco? If so, see if you can use the method in this FAQ to move from Online TurboTax to desktop software. One important point in the FAQ is that if your data from Online also includes a state return, you need to install the state software into your desktop product before doing the switch, or you can get an error message. FAQ: How do I switch from TurboTax Online to desktop TurboTax? https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/intuit-product-orders/switch-turbotax-online-turbotax-cd-download/L8oxEJNu5_US_en_US

you need the k-1 issued by the partnership for your 50% share. the return was originally due 3/15/2025 so ask your partner where your k-1 is.
