If you were referring to 2016 1098-T Please refer to the following TurboTax FAQ on how to enter your Form 1098-T. If you indeed meant your 2015 1098-T you will need to amend your 2015 tax return using the amend TurboTax FAQ below:

You do NOT put a 2015 1098T on a 2016 income tax return, only on a 2015 return.
