You will enter them in the Schedule C expenses section, if the trash collection fees (i.e., utilities) and other services are in fact expenses directly related to your self-employment. If instead these fees are purely personal, then they generally aren't tax deductible.
To find the self-employment (Schedule C) expenses section in TurboTax, just begin the self-employment interview. You should then be asked about your income from your self-employment (Form 1099-MISC or otherwise in cash) activity.
Next, you should be presented with
some questions about your expenses. Here is where you would input those
out-of-pocket costs (disposal / trash fees, and other services you may have paid for in running your businesses, for example).
Those (business) expenses will then appear on Form 1040, Schedule C (for self-employment) and
thereby impact the rest of your tax return. In the hope that a picture image will be illustrative, please see the Schedule C pictures attached to this answer for a basic illustration of how this would actually look on your finalized tax return.
