Yes, you will have to file a tax return since you had self-employment income from your YouTube video.
F-1 visa holders are not considered residents until their 6th calendar year in the United States. At that point, the Substantial Presence Test would need to be met to be considered a resident. Please see IRS Alien Residency Examples for additional information.
You will have to file a nonresident return (Form 1040-NR). TurboTax does not support Form 1040-NR for a nonresident. You can prepare your return through a company we partner with called Sprintax.
To verify, the Form 1099-K and 1099-MISC is for the exact same income? If yes, then it is best to enter both Forms but then enter the amount of the Form 1099-K again as minus income under other income on Schedule 1 and state reported on Schedule C. Otherwise you would wrongly show double your income.

Yes, if you are in your 6th year on the F1 visa and met the Substantial Presence Test then you are considered to be a resident for tax purposes and need to file a regular tax return Form 1040. You can use TurboTax.
You will have to contact someone that knows immigration laws about the requirements to keep your F-1 visa status (you might have someone at your school?). We can only give you tax advice. If you have additional tax questions or questions about how to enter your income into TurboTax then we will be happy to assist you.
