Yes, if you are in your 6th year on the F1 visa and met the Substantial Presence Test then you are considered to be a resident for tax purposes and need to file a regular tax return Form 1040. You can use TurboTax.
You will have to contact someone that knows immigration laws about the requirements to keep your F-1 visa status (you might have someone at your school?). We can only give you tax advice.
