Hello,
I am in graduate school and received a scholarship in 2021, which I used for educational expenses. Do I need to report this scholarship on my 2021 tax return?
If so, in which section of my Turbo Tax tax return should I report the scholarship?

No, you do not have to report the scholarship if you have used it for educational expenses.
If the school considers part of your scholarship as taxable income, you should receive a W-2 from the scholarship’s provider showing the taxable portion in box 1.
Then you will report it in your tax return.

No. Scholarships that covered qualified educational expenses (tuition, fees, and course materials) are tax free and are not reported on your tax return.
