K-12

I have 4 children, 3 of which should still be eligible for the K-12 credit.  If I select "not in K-12" for my oldest who attended college last year.  Turbotax is telling me that my other children do not qualify.  Please help.

K-12 credit for which state?

K-12

What K-12 credit are you asking about?   What state?   There is no such credit on a federal return so you must be asking about a state credit.

If you are asking about the K-12 credit on an IL return, then you have entered something incorrectly if you are not getting the credit for the three K-12 kids.   Check again to make sure that in My Info you did not say they paid for over half their own support.

When you get to the state education credit screen you are asked which kids qualify for the K-12 credit.   All four children should be listed and you have to click on them one by one to indicate whether they were in grades K-12.   You click yes or no.    Click no for the college kid and YES for the kids in grades K-12.     Then it should take each one, one at a time, to the next screens where you can enter the grade they were in and and education expenses you paid for each one.
