Yes, you will need to report your Form W-2. You need to report the stipends that is reported on the W-2. As IRS also receives a copy of your W-2 from your school, it is important to report that to match IRS record.
As far as your fellowship, you will enter it under the Form 1098-T section. Here are the steps:
In TurboTax online,
- After sign into your account, select Pick up where you left off
- At the right upper corner, in the search box , type in "1098t" and Enter
- Select Jump to form 1098T
- Follow prompts
- Tell the program you did not receive a Form 1098-T
- Enter your tuition amount and the fellowship or scholarship amount with the same amount.
- This will offset the transaction and you will not need to pay tax on it.
