Can i deduct admission fee, housing prepayment and parking permit fees for my daughters college expenses?

Admission fees are deductible, parking permit fees are not.

If, however, room and board was paid for with a Coverdell ESA or 529 plan distribution, the cost can be deducted from the taxable portion of the plan's distribution.

Otherwise, room and board is not deductible.
