I have already "E-Filed" my Federal Return twp week ago and received my "Refund". I now want to "e-file my Arizona State return. Turbo Tax requires me to e-file State with Federal return. I do not want to resubmit Federal. What is the work around process?

You can e-file the state return after the federal return has been e-filed and accepted by the IRS. The software needs to know the federal tax return has been accepted. Click on the File menu at the top left of the program screen>Electronic Filing>Check Electronic Filing Status
Once the status has been verified as being sent and accepted then Click on the File Tab at the top of the program screen. Click on File a Return. Click on E-File. On the following screen for Federal, click on Do not e-file my federal return now. Or the program will already know that the federal return has been e-filed and only offer you to e-file the state tax return.
