It depends where the meals and entertainment expense was entered, and whether it is unreimbursed employee business expenses or self-employed business expenses.
In addition, if you have not upgraded to TurboTax Home & Business for the CD/Download or TurboTax Self-Employed for the Online version, then you may not see any expenses reported even though Schedule C income is allowed at the lower levels of TurboTax.
Unreimbursed employee business expenses are deductible for only a few categories of employees. Most people will not qualify for the itemized deduction after the tax law change from the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. However, it is still worth entering the information if your particular state still allows the deduction.
Self-employed business expenses would be deductible on Schedule C. While Entertainment is no longer deductible, 50% of Meals expenses with a business purpose are deductible.
To return there in TurboTax, enter schedule c in the search box and select the Jump to link in the search results.

Where do I enter job-related employee expenses? (Form 2106)
I am using Turbo Tax Business 2020. After speaking with tech support, it may be a bug in the software user interface. I was able to update the deduction amount by entering values into the other fields (Company party and "amount spent that wasn't for the benefit of employees" ) clicking "Continue" then going back a second time and changing the values back to the proper amount.
WHERE on Schedule C do (non-travel) meal expenses get entered? There is no line item for it and it is not listed in the example of miscellaneous expenses?
