Online won't open for a couple weeks. Keep checking back. Or you can buy the Desktop program now at

When can we enter our 2023 data

Online is now operational however neither program is fully functional and will not be until mid to late January at the earliest and the IRS has not even posted the date that the filing season will start. https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/file-your-own-taxes/
