I keep getting error message that turbo tax 2024 can't update because not connected to internet but I am connected and actually opened my turbo tax 2023 and it updated fine. There must be an issue within turbo tax. I just installed the turbo tax2024 today .

You may need to do a manual update. Can you try this and let me know what happens?
no the manual update would not work, I tried that and kept getting message that I had no internet connection which was erroneous as I was connected to the internet. I have to believe that the error of not being able to update was a TT tax server problem as about an hour after being told to take my computer to a someone to do a clean microsoft windows install and to have it checked for malware. I attempted to open turbo tax again and it updated as it should and I was able to update within the application without any issues. I wasted 8 hours on 2 different days attempting to get this to work and two turbo tax techs refused to say it was a TT server problem but I chalk it up to that as there is no other reason for it to have magically updated when it couldn't regardless of everything we attempted
Getting error 2755 in the Premier 2024 download. It does not open in my laptop and giving an error code 2755.
Keep trying. It took me 2 days and TT techs did not help. If it’s a server problem eventually they will get it fixed on their end
It is now 27 Feb 2025. I am still having problems. I removed my first version of TurboTax then went to the website and downloaded the newest version . Installed it and nothing changed. I even tried the manual update and still the same problem. When I downloaded the w_perrelsuperpatchIS_ttax_2024 and ran it. The patch said I didn't have turbo tax 2024 on my computer. Which is in error as well. Other than the TurboTax is unable to determine if an update is available TT812 error. When I ran the TurboTax 2024 I completed my review and everything is ok. when I tried to netfile I keep getting the following: "CRA's Netfilling service for Tax Year 2024 will open in mid-February 2025. Please come back then to print or electronically file your return.
Moderator" message. I need help as I can not get an answer from the community or Inuit as then is no direct email address. I tried the on line help and get sent to the phone number which sends me a we b site that puts me back into the never ending circle of frustration.
Hi,
I have the same issue with other problems: saving in PDF, printing records, RRSP analysis. I have used turbotax more than 10 years without any problems. I contacted support and a lady told me that they are working on the problems. She said it should work after Mar 5. If anyone called support, can you please confirm?
I am thinking to re-install the software, but I lost my Email with the license code from Staples. Can anyone please guide me to retrieve it?
Thanks
I gave up and downloaded the current turbo standard and installed it on a separate computer rather than the one I have used for years. It seems to0 work as it should. I did get someone with the same message that you have that they are working on it and it should be working early March.
I keep getting an error message saying that my deductions on line D of form 2210 are not correct. When I inspect the data, I see my estimated quarterly tax totals on line D rather than my withhold information. Having rechecked my data entry three times to find that the total listed on Line D which I am being asked to evaluate is in fact correct, I think you have a software problem Please help

Which line D (there are two), or did you mean "column D", in which case what line(s) did you mean? And are you referring to the 2210 itself or to Schedule AI?
