I started a single entity LLC this year but i do not see anywhere to input the name of the LLC. Where would i enter that data?

A single member limited liability company (SMLLC) reports all income and expenses on the personal return under self employment. You can enter the business name and employer identification number (EIN) when you complete that section of the tax return. If you have a separate business address you can use that and if not use your home address.
@DianeW777 response is assuming that your SMLLC has not made any entity election and is accepting the default of a disregarded entity (treated as a sole proprietor), which appears reasonable based on the limited facts.
If it is anything different from the default, then you will need to provide additional information.
