Form 1041 is included in TurboTax Business, which is Windows-only. 

Various requests for Mac versions of the product have been made over the years and have been flatly ignored.

Haven't heard anything for 2023.  1041 is in the Business Desktop program which so far is only available for Windows.   Do you have access to a Windows computer? Like a relatives or friends?

You can probably run the Windows Business program on a Mac using a Windows Emulator like Parallels. But you would have to buy a copy of Windows to install in it.   Google Windows on Mac to get articles on the various  options
