Should I say I own 100% of my business?

I am a delivery driver for doordash. State taxes ask what percentage of "my buisness" I own. Should I say 100 or 0? I'm an independent contractor btw.

Own business ofc  independent. I run small manufacturing where producing different parts to Air conditioners. Its expensieve business project because the automation equipment are not cheap. If you operate an independent business - no partners or shareholders - then you own 100% of that business.
