How do I add a Schedule 4 in Turbo Tax 2018 Home & Business?

You don't add it.  The schedules are filled out based on your other entries.  What do you need on schedule 4?  They come from other forms like schedule SE self employment tax.

Thank you for the reply. I need to have it for the Line 57 SE Tax for Social Security which I pay to another country where I am resident and to add the statement on that line per the instructions: "Exempt, see stmt" and then I need to add the statement on the last page that I will need to print out separately.  It's for Foreign Income and being exempt from paying social security to the US because I already pay it to another country. But since Line 57 is now on Schedule 4 and no longer on the 1040 I need to add schedule 4. Is it not possible to add in TT? I have 2018 Home & Business. I found it on IRS website and can print it out and attach if necessary but was trying to make it all come from TT library instead of cut and paste like I had to do last year.

Schedule 4 for what year?  Sch 4 was only in 2018.  What item do you need to see?

  This is a new forum layout. Some posts that have June 2019 dates are really older posts from the old forum that got moved over. So they might be for prior years and not current info. When they migrated over the dates got changed to June 2019. And the screen shots got deleted.
