I'm using the online version as well and it is not working. Nice since I already paid to file my taxes and yet cannot actually file them. Update your software already Turbotax. We are tired of waiting for a product that is not working as it should.
It is now 6:56 pm est 2/20/2020. The desktop/downloaded windows version has updated. The program says it is up to date. The form availability site shows all relevant forms are available for filing. Form 8895 is there and correct with no error. The only error message is regarding this schedule k1 wks section D2. When will this be fixed so I may file my taxes.

Time is money guys, if intuit can't take this issue as a matter of agency, then lets put negative reviews on message boards and tell people how bad this product is. And let make sure to use their competitors because we have waited for a longtime and no resolution.
10:31pm Mountain time, still the same error for me as well using the online app. This is beyond frustrating, I have been waiting on this for well over a week now.
I have updated and have the same problem; is there a new ETA? Never had a problem with turbotax until this year and this year it's a big problem and costing me money!
Same problem here, already paid for product and can not finish taxes... Why are we still waiting?? Where is the promised soluition??
2/21 now - 8:40am mountain and still the same crap with the Premiere Online. I have some work deadlines today so I can't stop and call TTS right now. If anyone does happen to call/contact support directly, please let us know what they say. I have tried the following at this point
I refuse to pay until the review passes and I can e-file so if anyone has luck with a competitor, also let us know because I'd rather start over elsewhere than print/mail at this point.
If they charge you just dispute the charge with your bank and they will refund your money and also get a back charge. You can print all these messages as evidence that their product didn't work. Print screen of that page with the error message and I bet you they won't win. If they still won't refund you then we take it to message boards and we will see who will lose more. Its their fault we have tried to work with them and it looks like no one is taking this issue seriously.

6:52PM Pacific 2/21/2020 and still having the same error.
First there was a delay on forms in TurboTax Business 2019, which delayed the Partnership return by >2 weeks. Now I've been waiting 2 *additional* weeks for TurboTax Deluxe to finish my personal return due to this K-1 issue. I've been using TurboTax for a decade for personal returns, and I've never run into delays like these. It very well may be my last year because this is ridiculous.
Has anyone gotten through to TurboTax directly? I'm willing to call first thing on Monday (or sooner if they take calls on weekends), but I don't want to waste hours on hold if nobody else has had luck or learned that the fix is expected by _____X______.
