2/21 now - 8:40am mountain and still the same crap with the Premiere Online. I have some work deadlines today so I can't stop and call TTS right now. If anyone does happen to call/contact support directly, please let us know what they say. I have tried the following at this point

  • Logged out/in
  • Cleared all the things (cookies, cache, local/session storage)
  • Incognito window
  • Deleted the form and re-entered it (leaving out QBI info cleared the error but also dinged our refund so nope!)

I refuse to pay until the review passes and I can e-file so if anyone has luck with a competitor, also let us know because I'd rather start over elsewhere than print/mail at this point.
