I need to correct payees info but the forms are not yet accepted. I understand I need to wait for acceptance, cancel the original forms, then correct the payee info and submit new forms. Since I would like to get this done quickly, can I create a new payee with the correct info and create a new form so I can submit? Later I can go back and cancel the original form. This would mean 2 payees with the same name.
If it matters the changes are that the payees had TINs but now have SS numbers. They didn't inform me of the change (I did ask) until after I submitted the forms.

As long as the EIN/SSN identifying number is not identical, you will be able to create Payees with the same name in the system to complete your second draft form.
