K1 form line and line 10

Received K1 as beneficiary on my sisters estate trust. Posive dollar amount on line 5 and negative amount on line 10 with letter H next to it.

i’m confused.

are you sure it's line 10 and negative? line 10 is for Estate Tax Deduction never a negative and no code. perhaps the k-1 is incorrect. You going to have to contact the trustee for clarification

wierd that line 5 dollar amount and line 10 dollar amount the same only negative on line 10 with H next to it
