A non-profit will file form 990. The requires the use of Turbotax Business version, which is only available as a CD or download for PC, there is no online or Mac version.
The "regular" Turbotax online, or desktop Home &Business version, is only asking about a single member LLC or sole proprietorship that files a schedule C attached to the personal 1040.
NONE of the TT programs can handle a form 990.
@eisenhauer-17 did you file with the IRS for tax exemption and did you get a letter acknowledging tax exemption and the type of 990 to be filed? if not see a lawyer.
