Box 1 of what?   We can't see what you are looking at.

Box 1 of W2

I have 0 in Box 1, what should I do?

You cannot e-file a zero box 1 W-2.  If box 13 sick pay is checked and there is a code J in box 12, then ignore the W-2 and keep it for your records.

Is box 13 sick pay checked?

If not then what is the W-2 for?

Is it a W-2C?

Yes, this is W2 copy C for employee's records.

I have 0 in Box 1, what should I do?

Not copy C a form W-2C (a corrected W-2)  that the employer sent to correct an error on the original W-2.

What is meaning? Do you mean my W2 is wrong? I just received this W2. What should I do?

I have 0 in Box 1, what should I do?

Not necessary wrong.  I am just trying to understand why you received a W-2 with zero income.  If a corrected W-2 then it would not be a W-2 it would be a W-2C, and any box that changed would just replace the box on the original W-2.

If you do not know then Contact your employer and ask why then sent a W-2 with zero income.

I think it is not the mistake. It is the same in 2019 W2. I did not pay the tax in 2019 and 2020. I don't know what the W2C is. I just received this W2 form.

@lluyi

Let's try this again ... LOOK at this W-2 ... other than nothing in boxes 1 & 2  what other information is on the form?

Is there a code J in box 12 with a dollar amount ?

Is the third party sick pay in box 13 marked?

There are C, E, DD in box 12a, 12b, 12c respectively. There is X in the Ret. plan of box 13, but no 3rd party sick pay in box13.
