TP is taxpayer, EIN belongs to those who paid you. The WIT is part of the IL return listing all of the tax withheld for you in one place. Each form you received, w2, 1099, etc has the issuer's EIN on the form. Each form is entered as part of the federal section of the program. The program should be pulling all of this over for you.
