How do i enter the license code on my phone

You can't use it on a phone or mobile device.   Do you have the 16 digit License Code?  You need to install the Desktop program on a full Windows or Mac computer.  Did you accidentally start in the Online web version?

Are you using TurboTax Desktop?  That version needs to be downloaded to your computer. You can't use the download version on your phone.
