Does turbotax deluxe 2022 handle Schedule E (for Schedule K-1 partnership income)?

If you are referring to the Deluxe online edition, then No it cannot be used to report a Schedule K-1 on Schedule E Part II or Part III.  You would have to upgrade to the Premier online edition.

So you’re saying for Schedule K-1 partnership profit/loss, I don’t need to upgrade to premier. Deluxe will do as long as I’m using desktop version and not online?

That is correct.
