Can I submit my taxes without form 8995 if my business closed in 2020?

I closed my business in early 2020. TT automatically generated form 8995 for my 2021 personal taxes. Do I need this form or can I delete it? I don't want the IRS to be looking for more business tax forms from me since the business is closed.

Since you no longer have the business in 2021 you can delete the Form 8995

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

Note - There may also be a Schedule C listed and if it is also delete the Schedule C
