1099

I own a farm business and have paid my S corporation veterinarian more than $600 for services in 2022. Do I need to send them a 1099? If so is it a 1099 misc (which box) or a 1099 nec (box 1?)

It is not necessary to 1099 a corporation (except in limited circumstances which do not apply here).
