Quick Employer Forms

It's 01/30 and I am still having this issue. If I try and add the business from 2023, there is nothing there. When I try and create the new business, the 4 dots spin forever. If you navigate away, you get the "something went wrong" error message. I have tried on chrome and Firefox.  I still can not do anything within Quick Employer Forms, and I am running out of time.

same issue ... program just hung up with little balls rotating.....is their an intuit number to call?
