Does this mean my refund amount would be the 6100 + the $4,000 amount? I'm so lost

Look at your Form 1040 and find line 35a. That is your federal refund amount.

I am entering a CSA-1099-R for an OPM pension. Turbotax asks questions about an annuity that I cannot answer. How do I get TT to treat this as a pension?
