How do I enter box 4 of a 1099int?

I received interest, not a dividend, on a 1099int. Federal tax was withheld in box 4. How do I enter it into Turbo tax deluxe?

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Click "Wages & Income" on the top
2. Click "I'll choose what to work on"
3. Scroll down to “Interest and Dividends” and click "Start" next to “Interest on 1099-INT”
4. Answer “Yes” to “Did you receive any interest income”
5. Select “I’ll type it in myself” and click “continue”
6. Click on the box next to “My form has info in more than box 1 (this is uncommon)” this will open up the other boxes.
7. Enter amount in box 4.
