It takes me back to a screen I did not fill out and I don't understand pertaining to money for my office and percentages ???

You must have indicated that you had a home office for your business or farm.

If you did not have a home office, delete the Form 8829

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

Yes I have a home office and gave sq footage.  Now they have another form and I do not know what they want.  Do I look at the form # and try to find it?  Can anyone walk me through it?
