NE State filing error after it was Accepted; Required forms not included;

-I filed Nebraska State return with Federal return. Both Accepted. Federal paid refund as expected. State sent Balance Due Notice saying withholding credit adjusted because Forms W-2, W-2G, 1099R, 1099-Misc, 1099-NEC or K-1N were wrong. Product issue?

The form document received states: "You must file a Form 1040XN, Nebraska Amended Individual Income Tax Return with the proper year W-2, W-2G, 1099R, 1099-Misc, 1099-NEC or K-1N.

My Federal Return references the W-2's and 1099-NEC for tax amounts paid; however, a 1099-NEC form was not generated or filed.  The W2's appears to be filed with the Federal, but not the State.  I need help within a few days.

Ok ... you would GET a 1099-NEC from someone you work for ... the program doesn't generate one.

This sounds like the state is disagreeing with the withholding you entered in the program from a list of possible forms it could have been on ... this is not a program issue or error.   Please respond to the state's notice as directed ASAP so this situation may be resolved.
