In a schedule c where do you post net sales

Hi @mrsvege

There isn't a line for net "sales", but your net profit is reported on the Schedule C line 31. If you had a net loss, this will be reported on line 32.

TurboTax will walk you through a "Get to know you" interview asking if you have self-employed/1099-misc income and expenses to report. You'll need to say yes to this in order to input your income and expenses. After you enter that information, TurboTax will put it on the right lines on the Schedule C form.

If you answered no to this question during the interview, you can add the information by going through the Federal Income section and editing the income section applicable to you.

If you have any other questions, let us know!
