If you're entering state information on a W-2, you do not enter it twice.

Some people work in more than one state that has income tax; that's why there's more than one line. It comes up when you hit Enter or Tab.

One entry is all that's needed.

W2 has second line on 17, 19, 20, only 1 line 15, 16. Do I add a line, duplicate info in 15&16 or leave them blank on the second line?
