If you have a single member LLC and then received a 1099-NEC for another business or non employee role, then you would have two Schedule C's.
Each business would have their income and expenses listed on their own return. If the 1099-NEC is for work through the LLC, then you should only have one Schedule C.
You would have to look to see if the form 568 was generated. If you are using the download version, you can select forms mode to see.
If you are using the online version, and have not paid yet, you can see this in the delete a form section. Do not delete the form, but you can see if it is there. If you have paid, you can see the form in the print preview mode
Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return. There could be unintended consequences.
